Upon contacting MixyPaws, they were quick to set up an appt to have a MixyPaws representative to come to our apartment to meet Arnie, go over Arnie’s walking needs and introduce us to the walker who would walk Arnie each day. It was very professional and thorough.

MixyPaws is quick to reply on email to any schedule changes or requests, and took special care to follow COVID protocols within our building and apartment. The walkers also share photos and updates during each walk. It’s very seamless. We requested that Arnie walk to Central Park for each of his walks and our walker always abided.

“Ethan was absolutely fabulous with my very timid and could-be aggressive chihuahua, Leo. He worked with us to train my dog to trust him and corrected his problem behavior through daily walks and training. He also helped me set up my home to better suit Leo’s behavioral needs.. Setting up boundaries. When he was comfortable that Leo was comfortable he handed him off to Joi the daily walker. Joi took great care of Leo and left me notes everyday.
